“This committed ensemble feels more galvanised and exciting than ever”
The RTE Vanbrugh Quartet is one of Europe's most successful ensembles, internationally recognised for its beauty of sound and clarity of texture.
Now in their 24th concert season they are familiar visitors to all the main UK Festivals as well as performing regularly for BBC Radio 3 as well as concerts at the Wigmore Hall and the South Bank.
Based in Cork as Resident Quartet to Radio Telefis Eireann, they also tour internationally each year and in 2009 appeared at Carnegie Hall and the Kennedy Centre in Washington.
They have released numerous CDs, several of which have been featured as Editor's Choice in Gramophone magazine. For more information click here.
